An easy but tasty recipe for those who – like us – love chicken!

2 chicken breasts
¼ CUP Plain yogurt
¾ CUP Rosabianca EVOO
1 medium zucchini (cut into thick round slices)
Salt & Pepper
1 garlic clove chopped
1- Firstly make the marinade:
8 TBSP of Rosabianca EVOO, yogurt, salt and pepper.
2 – Then add Marinade to the Chicken
3 – After that cover it with plastic wrap (or put in a Zip Lock bag) and marinade in fridge for approximately 40 minutes.
4 – Meanwhile heat the Rosabianca EVOO in a hot pan, add Zucchini, garlic, salt and pepper and fully cook.
5 – In another pan, add the chicken breasts and cook on the both sides for 5 – 6 minutes. Then, add some of the marinade from the pan to the chicken and serve with sautéed zucchini.
