If you like a little spice in your life, then you will love this pasta dish! And, above all, this is a delicious way to use our spicy Il Gagliardo oil.

7 OZ of Spaghetti
⅓ CUP of Il Gagliardo oil
¼ CUP of chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves chopped
Red Chili pepper flakes to taste
1 – Firstly, boil water in a large pot and add same salt.
2 – Then cook the spaghetti 2 minutes less of the time indication on box. The spaghetti will finish cooking the in the pan.
3 – Meanwhile heat the Il Gagliardo oil in the pan and add the garlic.
4 – Sauté the chopped garlic for 2 minutes under medium heat.
5 – Add the parsley and 1\2 CUP of pasta water from the pot.
6 – Drain the Spaghetti – al dente, of course! Then add to the pan and stir.
7 – Plate and in addition drizzle some Il Gagliardo oil on the top and add top with chili peppers
The Spaghetti is finally ready to enjoy!
